Certifications
The company is certified ISO 9001 for the planning and production of seals in PVC and rubber and commercialisation of PVC accessories for windows.
European Legislation EN 12365
The European Legislation EN 12365 defines the specific classification criteria to establish the areas of application and the performance of the seals via a code composed of a letter (G/W) and five numbers
1. Category
|
2. Working range |
3. Closure pressure |
4. Working temperature |
5. Elastic recovery |
6. Elastic recovery after conditioning |

- The first text box
"Category" identifies with a letter W the family of the dynamic seals (central and perimeter stops) and with G the category of static seals (glazing beads).
- The second text box
"Working range" identifies with a number the space measured in mm within which the seal should work best.
- The third text box
"Closing pressure" identifies the linear load (N/m) needed to compress the seal within the measurement of working range.
- The fourth text box
"Working temperature" indicates the maximum and minimum temperatures at which the seal can be used.
- The fifth box
"Elastic recovery" indicates the percentage of elastic return of the seal at the maximum working temperature and at the limit of its working range.
- The sixth and final text box
"Recovery after conditioning" indicates the percentage of elastic return of the material over a long period of the seal after compression and at the maximum working temperature.
The numerical values should be interpreted according to the table below:

2. Working range |
3. Closure pressure |
4. Working temperature |
5. Elastic recovery |
6. Elastic recovery after conditioning |
